Demands punishment to perpetrators of Kunan Poshpora accused

Srinagar, Feb 23 (KNO) : According to the spokesperson Islamic Political Party JK leaders led by Showkat Ahmad Khan held a protest demonstration against the shameful dastardly act of rape and murder of 8 year old girl child Asifa of Kathua demanding capital punishment against those beasts responsible for this henious crime.

The spokesperson strongly condemned communalizing this incident by some communal elements who supported these beasts openly. The spokesperson appealed the Hindu community of Jammu to discourge such elements who are trying to communalize this incident and support the demand of stern punishment against the perpetrators of this henious crime.

The spokesperson expressed solidarity with Jammu Muslims saying they won’t be left alone in their struggle for justice to Asifa and punishment to the dreaded criminals responsible for this henious crime. Many party leaders including Mohammad Ayub Dar Nazir Ahmad Bhat Muzafar Ahmad Bhat Nisar Ahmad , Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Sajad Ahmad Lone , Ali Mohammad Ganai Shafeeq Ahmad Mir and Nazir Ahmad Sofi besides party activists participated in this protest rally.

The spokesperson while remembering shameful Kunanposhpora mass rape incident demanded the stern punishment to the perpetrators and said that it is unfortunate that the perpertrators of this henious crime are moving freely under the patronage of occupation authorities.(KNO)
